When my family was visiting for the holidays, it made our wing and pizza night even more delicious! We grilled the wings, flash fried them and tossed them in Buffalo sauce. Throw in the Captain and…wow! Next came the pizza. Everyone made their own on the Big Green Egg. Once again, the Captain was used to finish our homemade “works of art”. You have to try this sauce!
